What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We have three possible ways:

Shipments to Spain:

Eco: 3.99€ per shipment


European Union:

8.99€ per shipment.

Rest of the world:

12.99€ per shipment.


Purchases over 50€ within the European Union will be free shipping

How do I place an Order?
When you have your cart with the products you want, you must access the cart (Located at the top right of the web), accept the terms and conditions and press the proceed checkout button.

To finish, you select the payment method and complete the relevant data according to the selected payment method. Once the purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation message by email.
How many day take for shipping?
Our shipments are made in a margin of 2-15 business days, depending on the delivery address. This may be altered due to external factors that will be communicated to each client individually in accordance with shipping policies.
Where can Kostako ship?
Kostako offers shipments to the entire European community. If you want to order from somewhere else you can also contact us at the following E-mail: [email protected]
Do You Ship Internationally?
In Kostako we have international shipments for 12.99€ but we are not responsible for any additional fees that may be applied to the shipment in your country.
How do I track my order?
Remember that you can follow the stages of your order using the tracking number that you receive via E-mail when your purchase has been sent out.

Some items in our store will not have a tracking number.

How do I return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We know that the fear of many is to be scammed online. At kostako we will always ask you to check that you are on a secure website before buying.

How do we know if it is safe?

The first step is to verify that you are on an https page, which is the first indication that the web is secure. Verify it by clicking on the address in the bar at the top of your browser, right next to a padlock.

The second and last step is to identify that said page uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer), this means that your purchase data will remain encrypted and inaccessible to anyone.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
You will not have to pay anything for the return and the money will be returned to you as long as the refund policy conditions are met
